About the pool

Our pool is 5 metres wide and 10 metres long. It is 1 metre deep at the shallow end rising to 2.1 metres in the deep end.

We maintain it to be a warm 28-30 degrees. We have changing rooms and toilet facilities.

What we offer

We offer private swimming pool sessions ranging from 1 -2 hours or longer.

Pool is set at a great temperature for babies / toddlers. In public pools our baby is usually shivering after 5 minutes but this pool is perfect.

Easy to access, plenty of parking and immaculately clean. Amazingly it works out just as cheap as going to a public pool! Will definitely be coming back.

We had a very enjoyable time at the pool yesterday , Steve and Karen couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The pool is heated lovely could spend hours in the water and not get cold.

Use of our pool includes

    Warm pool maintained at 28-30 degrees Celsius.
  • Pool Dimensions:
    10m x 5m, with a depth of between 1m and 2.1m.
  • Convenient Entry:
    Wide steps for easy access.
  • Flexible Booking:
    Available for 1, 2-hour sessions or more.
  • Group Size:
    Suitable for 1 to 6 people. Maximum of 6 swimmers (including children) and four spectators.
    You will be refused entry/asked to leave if you arrive with more guests.
  • Year-Round Access:
    Open from early morning till late, seven days a week.
  • Parking:
    Parking for up to three vehicles adjacent to the pool building.
  • Family-Friendly:
    Includes a baby changing station.
  • Tranquil Setting:
    Quiet, secluded location perfect for relaxation and unwinding.
  • Hygiene:
    Thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. No food is permitted in or around the pool area.
  • Parties:
    We do not allow parties in our pool area (an exception may be made for small family events.)
  • CCTV:
    For insurance purposes we have CCTV in operation 24 hours a day throughout the site. Please note this does NOT include the change area. All CCTV access is managed strictly and in accordance with the ICO.

Rules & Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Responsibilities

  • Bookings for The Pool at Little Moor must be made by individuals aged 18 or over.
  • The individual making the booking will be referred to as the 'Booking Lead' and will be responsible for the health and safety, as well as the behavior, of their group members.
  • The Booking Lead must ensure that all group members are informed about and comply with all terms and conditions of The Pool at Little Moor hire, including housekeeping and pool rules, which are displayed on the notice board in the changing room area.
  • Failure by the Booking Lead or any group member to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in being asked to leave the premises and possibly being barred from future bookings.

2. Health and Safety

  • The Pool at Little Moor does not provide lifeguards or video surveillance. The Booking Lead and their group are responsible for their own safety and must recognize that they use the facilities at their own risk.
  • An adult swimmer (over 18 years old) must supervise every two babies, young children, or inexperienced/non-swimmers in the group.
  • During the hire period, the Booking Lead must keep a mobile phone available with the contact details of Steve which will be provided at the time of booking for emergencies or to call emergency services. Please note, Owners may not always be on-site or immediately available. Free WiFi is provided to ensure the Booking Lead can connect to their phone network.

3. Liability

  • The Owners of The Pool at Little Moor are not liable for any injury, illness, or accident involving the Booking Lead or their group, nor for any loss or damage to their property, whether it occurs in or outside of The Pool at Little Moor, or en route to the premises.
  • The Owners reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time without prior notice, though notice will be provided if possible.
  • The Booking Lead is prohibited from sub-letting their booking to another individual.

4. Pets and Animals

  • Pets, including dogs, are not allowed at The Pool at Little Moor. Pets must not be left unattended in vehicles parked at the premises during the hire period without prior consent from the Owners.

5. CCTV and Security

  • For insurance purposes CCTV is operational 24 hours a day throughout the site. However it is not installed in the changing room. All CCTV access is managed strictly and in accordance with the ICO.

  • Please leave the facilities clean and tidy, and in the condition you found them at the start of your hire. All sessions should begin and end on time; therefore, we ask that Booking Leads and their groups adhere strictly to the agreed hire schedule.
  • Your hire agreement includes the use of The Pool at Little Moor facilities and parking in designated spaces for the specified duration.
  • The Booking Lead must ensure all group members park in the allocated spaces and use the designated routes to enter and exit, avoiding trespassing on the Owners' private property.
  • Outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the pool building and placed in the storage area provided at the entrance.
  • There is a maximum of 6 swimmers in the pool (including children) and 4 spectators. You will be refused entry/asked to leave if you arrive with more guests.
  • We do not allow parties in our pool area. An exception is made for small family gatherings.

2. Reporting Issues

  • Any damage, faults, or breakages found or occurring during your hire period must be reported immediately to Steve on the details provided upon booking.
